What appliances does Advanced Appliance Repair fix?

Do you offer same-day appliance repair in Folsom?

How much is your service call fee?
Our service call is a flat $60. That fee is applied toward your repair if you decide to move forward. There are no surprise charges or hidden fees on top of that.

Whenever possible, yes. Carlos will often run through a few quick questions over the phone or by text to see if the issue is something simple you can handle yourself, or to give you a rough idea of the repair cost before you commit to a service call.
Do you give estimates before starting work?
Yes. After diagnosing the problem during the service call, Carlos will tell you exactly what is wrong and what the repair will cost. You decide whether to proceed before any work begins.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Advanced Appliance Repair is fully licensed (Lic #45648) and insured. Your home and your appliance are protected throughout the repair.

What if my appliance is not worth repairing?
Carlos will tell you that up front. If the repair cost is close to or exceeds the cost of replacement, or if the unit is too old to be worth fixing, he will recommend replacement and only charge you the service call. He has been giving customers honest answers like this for over 30 years.
